The GPS tracker will be sent by courier to the address you provide. This can also be the auto electrician who installs the GPS tracker in the vehicle. Our customers usually choose this method. Delivery time is 1-2 business days.
If you've chosen a device that requires professional auto electrical installation, our team is happy to assist you. We offer a nationwide network of certified installers with a warranty-backed service. Of course, you can choose to have your own technician install the tracker; however, please note that we will not be able to offer a warranty for the installation in this scenario.
Of course we do and we have installation partners abroad. The service operates throughout Europe.
You can pay either by card on the website (VISA and MASTERCARD), or by PayPal.
Yes, logiGPS uses an international SIM card, so vehicle tracking works seamlessly across Europe.
After receiving the device, it will be activated following the installation and registration, and we will send a confirmation via e-mail.
It is possible to transfer the device to the new owner or to reinstall it in another vehicle. These can be quickly and smoothly handled by coordinating with our customer service in advance.
If there is a temporary signal loss (e.g. in a parking garage, tunnel, or due to shading), the data is stored in a buffer and will automatically update once the connection is restored. In case of a prolonged signal loss, the system can send a notification if you request such settings.
Yes. The logiGPS system is closed, and unauthorised third parties cannot access it.
No. At logiGPS, there is no minimum subscription period: the service lasts only as long as you top up with the service fee. Pay only if you are satisfied! Don't stay with us because of contractual obligations, but only if we truly provide a good service that suits your needs.
Yes, our system is capable of generating road records and e-lorry journey forms.
